We want you to love your OBJKTS jewelry, which is why we offer a 14-day return period for all unworn pieces in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are non-returnable unless faulty.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place your jewelry in its original OBJKTS box and mailer bag to ensure it remains protected during transit.

  Ship Your Return

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location, keeping your tracking receipt for reference.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your returned items, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
